IPTV 4K Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the IPTV 4K service. By subscribing or using a trial you accept them. Last updated: September 2026.

1. The IPTV 4K Service

IPTV 4K provides access to live television channels and on-demand video delivered over the internet using Internet Protocol television. We provide access credentials; we do not supply hardware, and we do not provide the internet connection required to use the service.

Channel lineups change. Feeds are added and removed as sources change, and we do not guarantee that any specific channel will remain available for the duration of a subscription.

2. IPTV 4K Subscriptions and Payment

• Plans are prepaid for a fixed term of 1, 6 or 12 months.
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew. A plan ends at term unless you choose to renew it. Your rights around subscription billing generally are summarised in FTC guidance on free trials and auto-renewals.
• Prices are in US dollars and may change for new terms; an active term is unaffected.
• Each plan permits a stated number of simultaneous connections. Exceeding it may result in temporary suspension.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to resell, redistribute, rebroadcast or publicly perform content accessed through the service, and not to share your credentials outside your household. Accounts showing use from multiple unrelated locations may be suspended without refund.

You are responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction regarding the content you access.

4. IPTV 4K Content and Copyright

IPTV 4K does not host, record, store or rebroadcast third-party media, and we carry no responsibility for content accessed through user-supplied playlists. Rights holders with a copyright concern should follow the process on our DMCA page, which reflects the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

5. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Outages caused by upstream providers, your own connection, your hardware, or events outside our reasonable control are excluded. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical.

6. Refunds and Cancellation

Refund terms are set out in full on our refund policy page and form part of these terms. In summary: a 7-day money-back guarantee where the service does not perform on your connection, subject to reasonable troubleshooting.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IPTV 4K's total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription term. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

8. Changes and Governing Law

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
