IPTV 4K DMCA and Copyright Policy
IPTV 4K respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid copyright notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Last updated: September 2026.
Designated agent for copyright notices: support@ip-tv4k.com. Written notices: 124 Henry St, Brooklyn, NY 11201, USA.
1. The IPTV 4K Position
IPTV 4K provides access credentials to television streams delivered over Internet Protocol television. We do not host, store, record or rebroadcast third-party media on our own infrastructure, and we do not control content accessed through user-supplied playlists.
Where we are notified that content accessible through our service infringes a copyright, we act on valid notices promptly.
2. Submitting a Takedown Notice
To be actionable under Section 512, a notice must include all of the following. Incomplete notices delay action, so please include everything.
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorised agent
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Identification of the specific material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it — a channel name or stream identifier, not a general category
- Your contact details: name, address, telephone number and email
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act
Send notices to support@ip-tv4k.com with "DMCA Notice" in the subject line.
3. What IPTV 4K Does Next
IPTV 4K acknowledges valid notices within 2 business days and act to remove or disable access to the identified material expeditiously. We keep a record of notices received and actions taken.
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice including your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district.
5. IPTV 4K Policy on Repeat Infringers
We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of subscribers who are repeat infringers, as Section 512 requires.
6. Why This Matters to Subscribers
A provider with no copyright process at all is a provider that has not thought about its legal position. As streaming television has replaced cable, the rights landscape has become the main thing separating legitimate services from the rest. We explain that honestly on our is IPTV legal in the USA page.
